"Wrong items again and the portions keep changing"
I’ve had my order come out wrong more than once now, and it’s getting frustrating. On top of that, the portion sizes seem to change every time I go, like the goalposts keep moving and you never know what you’re actually going to get. I don’t mind the occasional mistake, but the inconsistency is starting to wear on me.

"Arrived cold and without any problems"
I’m usually cautious with deliveries, especially anything that needs to stay cold, so I kept an eye on the tracking the whole time. It showed up quickly and was still cold when it arrived. It did take one day longer than expected, but everything looked fine and the updates were clear, so I’d still call it reliable.

"Packaging was alright, still cold"
Arrived with the box a bit wet, but the crab was still cold enough. Didn’t seem like anything was spoiled, so overall was fine...

"Great help when my order had a hiccup"
I had a little issue with my crab order and figured it was going to turn into some ridiculous back-and-forth, which I was not looking forward to.
But customer service got back to me fast and took care of it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. Things happen, but they handled it really well, and I definitely appreciate that. 5 stars from me.

I ordered some crab and shrimp from crabplace.com, and reading between the lines, I was expecting to be a little skeptical about seafood shipped to my door. But everything arrived cold, fresh, and in good shape. The crab had that clean, slightly sweet taste you hope for, with none of that fishy flavor that usually tells you something’s off. Overall, I was happy with the quality and would order again.

"And it was okay, but not amazing"
the crab was decent but didn’t really wow me. Some pieces tasted fresh and had nice flavor, but others were kind of bland, and I was hoping it would be a little sweeter. Not bad overall, just expected a bit more.

"Decent deal, though I’m a little unsure on consistency"
I ordered from crabplace.com and overall thought the price was reasonable for what showed up. The seafood seemed fresh and the portions were solid, so I didn’t feel like I got ripped off. Shipping definitely adds to the total, which made me wonder a bit if the quality would always be worth it every time. But for this order, it worked out fine and I’d probably buy again when I’m craving crab at home.
